Our Private Equity Loans are calculated on the mutual success  of the investor and the client.  The client provides the collateral and skin in the game with 10-20% principal reduction on a 70-80% LTV investment property. Our services keep up with the client from origination to sale to insure the investor has timely payments and cash flow. 

Our Investors are paid monthly. Interest only payments keep investor portfolios active and profitable. Loans are a short 12-18 months creating exciting new prospects and relationships. 

Origination fees create a jump start for the investor on his cash flow. This is where the fun starts.

The client pays monthly on their Contruction loan, and each month this payment grows as he takes advantage of approved draws to gear towards the completion of his project. 

Unlike other  potential hi-yield investments where it takes years to see a profit, the investor is provided monthly reports on his investment, and given potential upcoming opportunities real-time as they evolve. No other investment initiates returns upon inception like hard money lending. 

Our in-house legal counsel is a property acquisition and real estate expert. Contracts are made only with current good standing LLC's coupled with legal rhetoric geared toward protecting the investor and his investment.
